The Select Club is a private adults-only section within Sandos Caracol, isolated from the family areas. Guests check in at an exclusive reception with a private concierge and have their own pool, jacuzzi, and luxury sun loungers. The Select Club also offers an exclusive beach area with hammocks, loungers, and bali beds, plus the Ocean Front Club House with towel service, lockers, showers, a reading area, and a bar serving premium liquors and snacks.
Dining
The resort has 9 restaurants, including a la carte options such as Los Lirios steakhouse, Templo teppanyaki, and Fogo de Brazil. Select Club guests have their own a la carte restaurant open for gourmet breakfast and lunch. Dinner reservations are required and become available at midnight on the resort app, with popular spots filling within minutes.
Activities & Water Park
The water park has 29 slides open daily from 10:00 to 17:00, with separate areas for younger children and adults. On-site eco activities include swimming in natural cenotes, a Jade River boat tour, bike rentals, Segway tours, and guided nature walks through the jungle. Wildlife such as spider monkeys, coatis, and peacocks roam the grounds, and the property contains small Mayan ruins reachable by foot or bike.
Wellness & Relaxation
The spa offers a sauna, hot tub, gym, massage treatments, and a solarium, along with yoga classes by the riverside. Two outdoor pools serve guests: a main activity pool and a quieter pool reserved for Select Club adults.
